We are one of the key P&G Distributors dealing on P&G Products (see our product page). We cover all the states of the South -East, South -South & Benue State.
The company is managed by two active Directors. The Managing Director and Executive Director are the active Directors. We have four departments in the company, Administration & Human Resource, Sales, Logistics & Transport, and Accounts; and two Units: Information Technology and Internal Audit. The Operations Manager co-ordinates the work process of the Departments on behalf of the Directors
1. ADMINSTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT:
This includes administration, personnel, casuals and security. The Human Resource and Administration Manager heads the department.
2. SALES DEPARTMENT:
This includes all Field Sales Team – Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Field Sales Managers, Sub D Captains, Wholesale Captain, Supervisors, Van Sales Reps, Market Sales Reps, Market Shop (Osdo) Keepers, and Merchandisers. This department is headed by the Sales Manager.
3. LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT:
This includes the Logistics Manager, Customer Inventory Management Officer, Warehouse Managers, Warehouse Assistants, Transport officers and Warehouse Attendants. Each branch has a Warehouse Manager reporting to the Logistics Manager.
4. FINANCE DEPARTMENT:
This includes the Financial Manager, Senior Accountant, Accountants, Account Officer. The Finance Manager heads this department.
5. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) UNIT:
This department controls all aspects of our Information Technology which includes the computers, printers, internets, intranets, Sage & SFA soft-wares, etc. It is managed by an IT manager with Assistants
6. AUDIT UNIT:
This Unit is headed by the Internal Auditor, with Internal Audit Assistants.
